test: add unit tests for currency enum and convention facts (#58)

The currency module had only partial test coverage for currencydata.
Add comprehensive tests for the Ccy_ enum (construction, string
conversion, comparison, ListAll) and convention fact read/write
behavior on previously untested facts (SwapPayHolidays, SwapFixedDayBasis,
LiborDayBasis). All write tests use facts that are not pre-initialized
by CcyFacts_::Init() to avoid polluting downstream test state.
