chore(client-browser): clarify __filename define is a transitive workaround

Now that `node-opcua-transport`'s `client_transport_base.ts` uses a
string category instead of `__filename`, this define would not be
needed for the transport package alone. It's still required because
`node-opcua-factory` (and other upstream packages) pass `__filename`
to logger factories at module load. Update the comment to be honest
about this rather than implying it's a generic CJS-emit issue.
