fix(mcp): suppress false-positive import/no-unresolved for @modelcontextprotocol/sdk

The eslint-plugin-import resolver does not support the "./*" wildcard in
package.json exports, so it incorrectly flags the deep-path imports that
@modelcontextprotocol/sdk v1 requires for McpServer and StreamableHTTPServerTransport.
