Update MiniKanren DSL with new features and improvements

- Enhanced error handling in MiniKanrenLang to ensure line and column numbers are correctly validated.
- Added properties to parse and run Flix Fixpoints DSL, including recursive rules and queries.
- Implemented parsing for various Cypher DSL features, including multiple RETURN variables, WHERE clauses, and relationship variables.
- Introduced support for comments in different DSLs, including legacy, declarative, prolog, flix, and cypher.
- Updated the website demo to include a template selection dropdown for different DSLs, improving user experience.
- Added a new Scala 3 demo for reifying recursive queries.
- Bumped sbt version from 1.12.10 to 1.12.11 for better compatibility and performance.
- Removed unused variable in StringOpsSpecification for cleaner code.
