fix(entrance): add body validation to check-rows endpoints

Validate that req.body.data is an array before iterating in both
entrance and document check-rows controllers. Returns 400 Bad
Request with a clear message when the payload is missing or
malformed, preventing the TypeError crash.

Closes #1585
