Install Type::Tiny in the linux CI author-test job

xt/author/examples.t runs examples/moosex-role-parameterized.pl, which
uses Types::Standard from Type::Tiny. The linux.yml author-test job
installs its author dependencies from an explicit cpanm list rather
than the Makefile.PL develop prereqs, so Type::Tiny must be named
there too — alongside the existing Test::Perl::Critic and Test::PerlTidy.
