maintenance: 2026-05-15 audit — 11 findings, 7 corrective patches (#933)

Full D1-D13 drift audit across all Sonde components.

Drift report: 11 findings (0 Critical, 2 High, 7 Medium, 2 Low).
Previous audit: 20 of 27 findings resolved since 2026-04-08.

Classification:
  fix-spec (4): AZH-0502, T-1304, SB-0202 AC-5, SB-0202 AC-6/7
  fix-impl (4): T-1904f, T-1904g, modem firmware version, F-002
  accept (1): MODEM_READY timing (manual-only)
  defer (2): HW CI workflow, AZH-0500/0501 (in progress)

Corrective patches applied:
- Re-scope AZH-0502 as SPA/provisioning responsibility
- Align T-1304 spec with actual compile-time validation test
- Remove untestable `negative` from SB-0202 AC-5 (`u32` field)
- Document path-safety validation in SB-0202 AC-6/AC-7
- Add T-1904f decoder context ABI test (GW-1904 AC-1)
- Add T-1904g `bpf_trace_printk` smoke test (GW-1904 AC-6)
- Derive modem firmware version from `CARGO_PKG_VERSION` (3 sites)
- Add T-1904f/T-1904g to gateway-validation.md traceability

Deferred:
- F-007: HW CI workflow (tool maturing)
- F-011: AZH-0500/0501 SensorData (branch `feat/azh-0500-sensor-data-table`)
