feat(mining): persist lifetime best share difficulty to NVS (TA-373) (#397)

- add double best_diff to mining_lifetime_t; persist via lt_best_hi/lo u32 pair using IEEE-754 bit pack
- bump lifetime.best_diff in both SW (mining.c) and ASIC (asic_task.c) share paths
- nest /api/stats lifetime fields under a lifetime object; lifetime_shares -> lifetime.shares
- webui: type update + grouped session/lifetime best-diff display in Hero
- host tests: pack/unpack roundtrip, monotonic best_diff, lifetime first-boot zero load
