refactor(ssh): extract address verification into helper methods

Split the inline address-verification logic from `sendForwarding` into
three dedicated methods:

- `awaitAssignedAddresses`: blocks until URIs are received or timeout
- `handleVerificationTimeout`: handles timeout for specific vs wildcard hosts
- `handleAssignedURIs`: validates and stores URIs returned by the SSH server

This improves readability and maintainability by reducing the complexity
of `sendForwarding` and giving each verification step a clear, documented
responsibility.
