refactor(bb_ota_pull): migrate to bb_http_client + bb_release_manifest (B1-198) (#232)

- replace esp_http_client manifest fetch with bb_http_client_get
- call bb_release_manifest_parse_github directly; drop legacy bb_ota_pull_parse_release_json wrapper
- move bb_release_manifest to PRIV_REQUIRES; add bb_http_client to PRIV_REQUIRES
- drop 15 redundant parse tests (covered by test_bb_release_manifest.c)
