fix(examples): update babel module-resolver alias to scoped name

`npm run dev:server` failed with `Cannot find module
'@lean-poker/boardgame.io/server'`. The rename in d6d4bac updated every
consumer import to the scoped name but left `babel.config.js`'s
module-resolver alias keyed on the old bare `boardgame.io`. babel-node
no longer rewrites the import, node resolves the scoped name natively,
and there is no node_modules entry for it — server crashes on startup
and the multiplayer example cannot connect.

Verified: `npm run dev:server` boots and a socket.io-client probe
connects to the `/chess` namespace over both polling and websocket.
