* Added gentle stop gen for free_form scans

* Changed to direct fast stop. Fixed typos and PointTrack edge case

* Changed to pass max_stop_accel. Fixed edge case of stop in turnaround

* Changed stop_accel to az_accel. Cleaned up docs and implementation

* Fixed PointProvider.stop() docstring and default args

* Fixed _run_track default stop_accel arg

* Changed PointProvider stop gen for non free_form scans

* Removed extra debugging logging

* Fixed behavior for user-requested standard stops.

* Reverted non free_form scan stop behavior
