Prepare feature branch to be merged (#3505)

We have been developing support for systemd-boot in a separate branch
for quite some time.

Now that everything seems to work according to manual testing, this PR
prepares the feature branch to be merged into master.

- Sync with master
- Update dependency to the latest yast2-storage-ng which contains
related fixes
- Small fix in the product files
- Add changelog entries
