* chore(deps): update dependency golangci-lint to v2.12.2

* ci: switch golangci-lint installer to official URL

The legacy installer at raw.githubusercontent.com/golangci/golangci-lint/master/install.sh
tracks the master branch, whose embedded checksum no longer matches the v2.12.2
release tarball, causing hash_sha256_verify to fail. Use the version-aware
official endpoint at golangci-lint.run/install.sh as recommended by upstream.

* chore: replace deprecated reflect.Ptr with reflect.Pointer

golangci-lint v2.12.2 enables a stricter govet inline analyzer that flags
reflect.Ptr — a deprecated alias kept only for backward compatibility —
and asks it to be inlined to its canonical name reflect.Pointer (introduced
in Go 1.18). Migrate the two remaining call sites to satisfy the new check.
