Keep tracked objects steady during offset zoom (#4915)

Tracking with a non-zero viewport offset used the previous frame's FOV when manual zoom changed the field of view. That left one rendered frame using the new FOV with stale offset compensation, which made selected objects visibly jump during zoom.

Move the existing tracking update after manual FOV changes so the aim is computed from the FOV rendered for the frame.
