* docs: clarify Windows Azure companion bootstrap sequence in deployment SOP

Rewrite the Windows Azure companion bootstrap section of
`docs/deployment-sop.md` to make the correct operator sequence explicit:

1. Run `sonde-azure-companion.exe bootstrap` (requires Docker Desktop).
2. Enter the device code at the URL shown by the CLI.
3. Wait for bootstrap to complete and write state files.
4. Start the `sonde-azure-companion` Windows service.

Additional improvements:
- State that the service fails closed without bootstrap-complete state,
  cross-linking AZC-0205 and `azure-companion-design.md` §3.3.
- List the four required state files (`service-principal.json`,
  `cert.pem`, `key.pem`, `storage-queues.json`).
- Use `sc.exe` instead of `sc` in PowerShell examples to avoid
  alias conflicts.

* docs: fix device-code display and state-generation descriptions

- Clarify that only the device code is shown on the modem (labeled
  `Azure login`); the sign-in URL appears only in the console output.
- Document the `.state-<timestamp>` generation directory layout and
  `.current-state` marker used by `commit_staging()`, replacing the
  misleading flat-file description.

* docs: add admin-socket override note and SWA/Entra bootstrap steps

- Add guidance for operators using a non-default gateway admin pipe
  (`SONDE_GATEWAY_ADMIN_SOCKET` env var or `--admin-socket` flag).
- Document that bootstrap also deploys Web UI SPA content to the
  Static Web App and configures the Entra app registration (SPA
  redirect URI, Storage API permission, `user_impersonation` scope).
- Note that SPA/Entra steps require additional Azure permissions.
