test(admin): parallelize admin home links check (~78s → ~44s)

276 admin pages × ~300ms render serialized. Switch to ThreadPoolExecutor
with thread-local Client+force_login, requiring transaction=True so worker
threads see the committed admin_user via their own PG connections. Drop
the redundant smoke test (subset of the bigger one) and skip /admin/ in
the loop (already validated, links to itself via breadcrumb).
