chore(request): cap undici connection pool to prevent event loop saturation

Set maxSockets=64, maxConnections=256, and connections=10 per host
on the undici Agent to prevent the event loop from being flooded when
ActivityPub or other code fires many concurrent outbound requests.
Also enable HTTP/2 (allowH2) for multiplexing over shared domains.
