refactor: extract marginAmp/marginFactor helpers from rate() (#978)

The margin amplification block in rate() inlined the log1p formula and
re-read processedTeams[i][k].mu four times per player. Extract two
testable helpers (marginAmp, marginFactor) into a new module and bind
priorMu once per player. Adds focused unit tests for the helpers; the
existing integrated margin.test.ts still covers end-to-end behavior.
