* chore: modernize toolchain and drop ramda

- Drop ramda/@types/ramda; tests use a local pipe helper
- Replace jest/ts-jest with node's built-in test runner via tsx
- Emit dual ESM + CJS builds with conditional exports
- Bump tsconfig base to @tsconfig/node22
- Trim CI node matrix to supported LTS versions (20, 22, 24)

* fix(ci): use explicit test path so node 20 picks up .ts test files

Node 22 expands glob patterns and discovers .ts files via auto-discovery,
but Node 20 doesn't, so 'src/**/*.test.ts' is read as a literal filename
and the run fails.
