fix(templates): add font selection block to artigo-abnt, artigo-acm, artigo-apa, artigo-ieee

All four templates were missing the conditional fontspec block that
doc-tecnica and tcc-abnt already use. Symptoms:
- artigo-acm/apa/ieee: fontspec not loaded at all, font flag ignored
- artigo-abnt: fontspec loaded but setmainfont hardcoded (no conditionals)

Pattern copied from doc-tecnica / tcc-abnt:
  font-arial     → Liberation Sans
  font-helvetica → Nimbus Sans
  font-times     → TeX Gyre Termes
  font-ubuntu    → Ubuntu
  (default per template preserved)

Also removes inputenc from acm/apa/ieee since XeLaTeX handles UTF-8
natively and inputenc conflicts with fontspec.
