test(notifications): zaktualizuj wywolanie send_notification do nowego API pakietu

`django-channels-broadcast` 0.2.0 rozbudowuje CLI `send_notification` z
prostego `<username> <message>` na bogata sygnature z `--audience`,
`--kind`, `--level`, `--object`, `--channel`. Stare dwuargumentowe
wywolania w integration testach failuja z `CommandError: unrecognized
arguments`.

Aktualizuje dwa wywolania w `test_bpp_with_notifications.py`:
  call_command("send_notification", username, msg)
→ call_command("send_notification", msg, audience="user", username=username)

Rezultat po fix-ie:
- test_channels_live_server: PASSED (byl failed po cleanup-ie)
- test_bpp_notifications: nadal flaky (order-dependent: solo passes,
  w pliku fails). Weryfikacja na a7e59480f (przed cleanup-em) potwierdzila
  identyczny fail — pre-existing flake, NIE wprowadzone refactorem.
