test(insert): ACs batch-cross-format-{yaml,ingr,csv}-to-markdown

Closes the cross-format storage matrix for markdown-stored collections.
All four batch stream formats (jsonl, yaml, ingr, csv) now have a test
that pipes records into a record_file.format: markdown collection and
verifies each record lands as a <key>.md file with YAML frontmatter
from structured fields and a body sourced from $content.

The user explicitly requested markdown-storage tests during the Idea
phase — this closes that ask.
