docs(proposals): adopt targets/jobName/containerNames API per review consensus

Use explicit targets list with jobName and containerNames for declarative
API. Main container (node) always injected automatically. jobName chosen
over replicatedJobName for future CRD compatibility (LWS, Grove, Slurm).
