vm: also use targeted OP_SYNC_LOCAL for indirect-call writable args

Same gate as the regular-function variant: indirect (\$expr(...))
calls can't resolve the callable's by-ref signature at compile
time. When any arg is a writable lvalue, sync each variable-arg's
slot to the hashtable and AST-delegate.
