docs(plans): prune shipped per-PR plan files; refresh typed-status-sweep tracker

Five per-PR plan files deleted now that their implementations have
shipped — commit messages and the parent tracker carry the historical
rationale:

- subscription-canonical-import-path.md (PRs #571 + #572)
- typed-status-sweep-pr1.md  (PR #556)
- typed-status-sweep-pr2.md  (PR #559)
- typed-status-sweep-pr4a.md (PR #569)
- typed-status-sweep-pr4b.md (PR #570)

typed-status-sweep.md updates:
- Status today: add shipped notes for PR 2, 3a, 3b, 4a, 4b.
- Audit summary: collapse "Plan PR" column to a shipped/in-progress
  status with the merged PR numbers.
- Per-PR scope: collapse PR 1-4 sections into a shipped-table; expand
  PR 5a status with the Phase-1 capture result (futures-only;
  short-stock capture still pending).
- Shared infrastructure: rewrite as "shipped" rather than a "to be
  extracted in PR 1" sketch; point at the current Option<&str>
  signature (post-#558 refactor).
- Cross-cutting follow-ups: update Error::Parse fake-0 count
  (~5 now, decide before PR 5b).

v3-api-ergonomics.md: drop the dangling link to the now-deleted
subscription-canonical-import-path.md; replace with bare PR refs.

Living trackers untouched: protobuf-migration.md, legacy-text-protocol-
cleanup.md, generic-tick-types.md, v3-api-ergonomics.md.
