docs(dal): apply final-review advisories on concurrency-capability

Three small clean-ups identified by the cross-commit reviewer:

- dal/concurrency_test.go: extend the (DB)(nil) compile-time
  assertion comment to explain why no concrete DB is exercised
  (Go interface satisfaction is structural; the assignment alone
  catches a future regression that drops the ConcurrencyAware
  embedding).
- dalgo2fs/database.go: add an inline rationale comment next to
  dal.NoConcurrency so future contributors don't casually flip it
  ("file-backed store concurrency is unproven; conservative
  default is correct until stress-tested").
- spec/features/concurrency-capability/README.md: extend the
  Architecture table to enumerate the two cascading-update files
  (dalgo2fs/database.go and mocks/mock_dal/db.go plus its two
  test files) that were touched in commit fd1cc96 but not
  previously listed in the spec.

No behavior change.
