- Generate workflow.gif (status/health/deps/verify) and agent-loop.gif
  from VHS tapes for Show HN launch
- Embed hero GIF in README (was commented out with TODO)
- Add make gifs target
- Add REQ-DIST-008 (homebrew-core PR submission)
- Add REQ-DIST-009 (APT repository hosting)
- Add REQ-LAUNCH-003 (VHS GIF generation)
- Fix orphaned dependency: REQ-GO-037 referenced non-existent REQ-AUTH-001
- Add .gitignore exceptions for docs/assets/rtmx-* GIF files
- 233/233 requirements COMPLETE (100%)
