Document tcrsift data, --fdr-scope, and multi-method outputs in README (#34)

Three feature surfaces landed in 0.8.x but were invisible to anyone
who only reads the README:

- tcrsift data (cache directory + auto-fallback for VDJdb/IEDB/CEDAR
  paths in annotate/run; #32, v0.8.3)
- --fdr-scope {auto,global,per-donor,per-sample} including the 0.8.2
  default flip for multi-donor cohorts (#26)
- Per-(donor, method) outputs: long-format clone-by-sample table,
  per-method ranked CSVs, method × method overlap matrix, method-
  recovery panel (#20, #27)

Plus: the multi-donor / multi-method sample-sheet fields (patient_id,
enrichment_method, timepoint, apc_type) and the donors_share_antigen
root flag are now documented in the Sample Sheet Format section, with
cross-references to the Filter and Annotate sections.

No new files. README went from 786 to 892 lines (+106 surgical
additions, no rewrites of unrelated content).
