perf(mining): partial block-1 fill on D0 (TA-369 D.1) (#395)

TEXT[10..15] = header[40..63] is constant across all nonces of a
single job. Preload once in hw_prepare_job; per-nonce block-1 fill
writes only TEXT[0..9] (saves 6 writes ~45 cyc). TEXT[10..15] gets
clobbered by block-2 fill and block-3 setup, so refresh during
block-3 compute wait window — should be hidden under 87 cyc compute.

Expected hashrate: 271 -> ~290 kH/s. AxeHub uses the same trick.
