Prep for 0.0.5 Code; relay interfaces refinements

- Allow a single real Strawberry interface class as Meta.interfaces
  (e.g. relay.Node or (relay.Node)), normalized to (relay.Node,).
  Reflected in KANBAN, both relay-interfaces specs, the base.py
  validator TODO, and the planned test list.
- Rewrite docs/spec-relay_interfaces-3.md as the business-facing
  companion to the primary spec.
- Add a Relay/interface parking lot to BETTER.md capturing ideas
  that came up during 0.0.5 stress-testing but are out of scope.
