Avoid leaking in AFL postprocess

Store post-processed output in the grafl state instead of allocating a
fresh buffer for each callback invocation. AFL copies the returned data
but does not take ownership of custom postprocess allocations, so the
previous malloc-based buffer leaked on every successful postprocess call.
