* refactor(daemon): rename InternalEventBus sessionId to namespaceId

The InternalEventBus routing key was named `sessionId` but receives
'global', space IDs, and session IDs depending on context. Rename to
`namespaceId` to accurately reflect its role as a namespace partition.

Updates InternalEventPayload, SubscribeOptions, all event type
definitions, routing logic variables, publishers, subscribers, and
tests. DaemonHub usage is unchanged.

* fix(test): update stale sessionId type annotation in internal-event-bus test
