Rename `inferTensorTensorParameters` to `inferTensorParameters` (#464)

* Rename `inferTensorTensorParameters` to `inferTensorParameters`.

Drop the accidentally-duplicated `Tensor` in the method name. The Javadoc
summary ("Infer which parameters are likely tensor parameters") already
reflects the intent. Internal-only rename — the only callers are within
this reactor.

The shorter method name lets the formatter pack `PythonSSAPropagationCallGraphBuilder` onto the first signature line.
