Repo hygiene: remove stale files and config

- Delete changes.txt — accidentally committed git status dump.
- .coveralls.yml: service_name was still travis-ci; set to github.
- .gitattributes: drop export-ignore entries for .styleci.yml and
  .travis.yml — neither file exists anymore.
- .gitignore: drop three lines that had been copy-pasted from
  .gitattributes with their `export-ignore` suffixes intact; they did
  nothing as gitignore patterns.
