Fix contributor instructions: correct test path, drop raw/ ask (#607)

Both CONTRIBUTING.md and README.md pointed contributors at
`tests/crawlers.txt`, but the actual path is
`tests/data/user_agent/crawlers.txt`. New contributors hit a confusing
404 trying to follow the docs.

Also stopped asking contributors to update `raw/Crawlers.json` and
`raw/Crawlers.txt` by hand — those files are regenerated by `export.php`
in the `Export after tests` workflow on every successful merge to
master, so any contributor-supplied changes get overwritten anyway.
