fix(board): skip display init on esp32-wroom32 (#393)

adds BOARD_HAS_DISPLAY capability flag, set in tdongle-s3 and
bitaxe-* board headers, undefined on esp32-wroom32. main.c's
bb_display_init / ui_show_splash / ui_show_prov / ui_show_status
calls are gated on this flag, eliminating ST77xx scanline malloc
failures + blit-out-of-bounds log spam on boards without a panel.
