wltacct/solana: broadcast on Solana RPC, not whatever the UI is showing

accountSignAndSendTransaction picked the network via CurrentNetwork —
which is whatever the user is viewing in the wallet (Ethereum mainnet
in the failing case). Solana txs were posted to an EVM RPC and rejected
with "The method sendTransaction does not exist".

Add wltnet.SolanaBroadcastNetwork: returns CurrentNetwork if it's
already a Solana cluster (so a user testing on devnet keeps that
selection), otherwise falls back to the Solana mainnet entry that
MakeDefaultNetworks always seeds.
