feat: live-toggle mDNS and Knot from Settings (#389)

- bumps breadboard pin to v0.27.0 for bb_nv_config_mdns_enabled
- adds config_knot_enabled in components/config (TM-local, mirrors autofan)
- knot_deinit() so the service can be torn down at runtime
- main.c gates bb_mdns_init / knot_init on the new flags at boot
- /api/settings PATCH applies mdns_en / knot_en live (no reboot);
  rejects knot_en=true while mdns_en=false
- /api/health emits network.knot
- webui: two new Settings toggles (Knot disabled when mDNS off),
  Knot row in System health strip, Knot nav tab hidden when off
- tests for the new state, route handlers, UI sections
