* refactor: extract user details into a reusable component

- Extracted user rendering logic into the `UserDetails` component.
- Implemented conditional border-radius for bot accounts to distinguish
  them from standard users.
- Cleaned up `PullRequestListItem` to reduce component complexity.

* fix: add optional chaining to user login check

Prevents potential runtime errors if the `user` object or its `login`
property is undefined when checking for bot status.
