chore: update to thrift 0.23 and Go 1.25 (#102)

Updated to Go 1.25 because thrift 0.23 requires it. Thrift 0.22 has a
security issue - CVE-2026-41602.

Bindings were rebuilt with thrift 0.23, though not code was changed.
Retested with tinygo.

Also:
- added check to make thrift to ensure thrift binary matched Go
module.
- ensured Makefile test target doesn't ignore some test failures.
- updated to latest testcontainers-go and adapted code
