Commit Message

build: switch from tsc to tsup for dual ESM/CJS output (#317)

- Replaces the tsc-based build with tsup (esbuild + rollup-style bundler)
- Emits both CJS (dist/index.js) and ESM (dist/index.mjs) plus matching .d.ts/.d.mts
- Adds proper "exports" map so Node picks the right format per import style
- Drops tsconfig.build.json (no longer used)
