ci: split test job and re-enable playwright e2e with system chromium (#360)

* ci: split test job and re-enable playwright e2e with system chromium

- split monolithic test job into webui-check (typecheck/unit/build) and native-test (esp-idf) in parallel
- webui-check uploads dist artifact for downstream jobs and webui coverage to Coveralls
- native-test runs coverage and uploads native coverage to Coveralls
- new e2e job downloads dist artifact, installs system chromium via apt, and runs playwright tests with PLAYWRIGHT_SKIP_BROWSER_DOWNLOAD=1
- e2e job uploads playwright-report artifact on failure; failure does not block firmware builds
- summary job finalizes coveralls parallel upload, checks all jobs, allows e2e failure without blocking summary success
- update playwright.config.ts to use channel: 'chromium' so Playwright uses system binary instead of bundled download
- remove old NOTE comment about playwright install hanging; replace with one-liner comment on e2e job

* fix: add executablePath to playwright config for system chromium

chromium channel alone doesn't tell Playwright where the system binary is located. add explicit executablePath=/usr/bin/chromium-browser so tests can find the apt-installed chromium.

* ci: set PLAYWRIGHT_SKIP_BROWSER_DOWNLOAD on pnpm install in e2e job
