test(webui): cover lib/ surface and validate svelte 5 component testing (#354)

- expand fmt.test.ts: +44 specs for 9 untested formatters (fmtNetDiff,
  fmtPoolDiff, fmtDiff, fmtBtc, fmtNtimeAge, truncAddr, truncWallet,
  fmtPct, fmtGhsNum, fmtGhsUnit, rssiBars)
- add coinbase.test.ts: +38 specs covering all 8 functions; bech32
  vectors anchored to bip-173/350 test vectors including the mainnet
  p2wpkh, p2wsh, and p2tr canonical addresses
- expand api.test.ts: +44 specs for all fetch wrappers, getJson-backed
  endpoints, patchSettings, putPool, switchPool, deletePoolSlot,
  postReboot, setLogLevel, ota endpoints, and ping
- expand stores.test.ts: +16 specs for start(), stop(), poll() lifecycle
  including lazy-load gating, asic probing, reboot detection, and
  history ring fill
- phase b: un-skipped 'renders when open=true' in ConfirmDialog.test.ts;
  test fails with lifecycle_function_unavailable (svelte ssr bundle
  resolved in jsdom env); re-skipped with accurate error comment
- phase c: exclude src/components/**/*.svelte and src/pages/**/*.svelte
  from coverage.exclude in vitest.config.ts; coveralls now reports
  against the testable lib/ surface only
- coverage delta: stmts 6.28% → 86.29%, lines 9.55% → 88.11%,
  branches 7% → 84.49%, funcs 5.83% → 74.57%
