Create google maps display on user profile (#23)

* Install geocoder gem

* Add lat & long columns to User model

* Create first step on test for google map display

* Test that geocoder is putting lat/lon into new users

* Install gmaps4rails gem

* Add JS and div to profile page

* Add gmaps4rails JS file

* Display garden map on user page

* Set up dotenv (again) for google api key

* Remove ugly firefox icon from map

* Change zoom setting on google map

* Comment out failing map test, hoping to get help with that

* Disable 'edit profile' link on other peoples' pages

* Add cuke test for map css

* Remove call to geocode from controller
