bench: replace Mimic kv stubs with real KeyValues.Cache hits

Matches the established kv_enrich_bench.exs pattern: insert real key_value
rows via the factory, let the actual Logflare.KeyValues.Cache populate on
first lookup. Removes Mimic stub dispatch overhead that was inflating the
kv_enrich timing/memory numbers and producing ±200% deviation. Also drops
the "stub doesn't reflect production" caveat from the comparison since the
bench now exercises the same Cachex path as the ingest hot path.

In test env, Logflare.Utils.flag/2 returns true unconditionally, so the
"key_values" feature flag stubbing is also unnecessary.
