bench: cache stubbed kv lookup return to match Cachex semantics

Closes the kv stub over a pre-built map instead of allocating a fresh one
per call, which matches how `KeyValues.Cache.lookup/3` actually returns a
stored Cachex term in production. Doesn't move the kv_enrich variance
numbers — that noise is dominated by Mimic stub dispatch overhead — but is
a more honest stub.
