bench: extend transform pipeline bench with kv_enrich and memory metrics

- Stubs KeyValues.Cache.lookup/3 and Logflare.Utils.flag/2 via Mimic to a
  hot-cache hit so kv_enrich can be measured on equal footing with the
  other transforms.
- Adds parsed/unparsed-fallback scenarios for kv_enrich plus a
  copy + kv + drop full-pipeline scenario covering the realistic ingest
  hot path.
- Bumps `time` from 3 to 10 seconds to match the documented budget and
  tighten the variance, and enables `memory_time: 1` so the body-size
  reduction story behind drop_fields can be read directly from the bench.
