bench: add LogEvent.make/2 transform pipeline benchmark

Measures throughput across transform configurations (baseline, copy_fields,
drop_fields, combined) and compares pre-parsed virtuals against the
unparsed fallback path to verify the caching benefit on the ingest hot path.

kv_enrich is excluded since it depends on KeyValues.Cache and a feature
flag that would need stubbing for clean numbers.
