fix: stabilize mapping and gantt interactions

Prevent draft status mapping rows from disappearing by skipping no-op store writes, remove epic-link hover/focus underline behavior, and make the fullscreen gantt bar assertion robust for clipped SVG groups. Add coverage for the second mapping-row regression and refresh Darwin visual baselines.
